Celiac disease was discover in the second century but it only get identified on the 20 century. he Celiac disease is an autoimmune disorder disease that is caused by a problem in the digestion of protein foods such as wheat (which includes spelt and Kamut), instant noodles, and rye. Which affects the intake of nutrients sign include bloating, and weight loss, and tiredness. Therefore, the immune reaction to eating gluten leads to a damage in the small intestine gradually as well as it could product in affecting a number of different organs. Furthermore, The Celiac disease has two other names known as gluten-sensitive enteropathy or celiac sprue. This disease is an autoimmune and digestive disorder that can result in damaging the small intestine when eating any food continues gluten. The cause of the damage in the small instance is from an immune response that attacks it. Therefore, that attacks that happen lead to a damage on the villi. However, when the villi are damaged, none of the food can be absorbed in the body. Gluten can be found in some grains that are a form of protein, especially wheat. The people with this disease only eat a certain type of grains. The Celiac disease can affect both children's and adult as well as it appears in people who are genetically predisposed. However, the Celiac disease is more common in women. If any type of gluten that is mentioned previously was eaten it will results in illness for people with celiac disease.
