Just because something is generally big does not mean that it is better than something else that is generally small. If a student attends a Division I school, that does not make that student smarter than someone in a Division III school and the same can be said when pertaining to work. Jud Damon, the athletic director at Flagler College, prefers working for a smaller school rather than working for a Division I school or even a professional team.
