` Chasing Ice is a documentary film following a photographer named James Balog. He is a nature photographer that has become almost obsessed with ice and trying to capture its beauty with his camera. Because of his love for ice he starts a project in different places in the world to document the changing ice. He studies of how the ice is melting in areas and tries to capture this to get people to believe and start worry about the climate change. My view on climate change is very moderate. Of course, the climate is changing it has been for all its existences I won’t deny that fact, but is the recent climate change largely due to human is a different question. The part about the ice melting is not necessarily wrong, but it is exenterated. In the past 4 years leading up to 2016 they each reported having record ice from the past year in the Antarctic. The ice is melting in the artic however, so there is a valid argument to be made but not as drastic as many people say it is. The second wrong data point that most people bring up is the 97% point. This study however is extremely misrepresented on purpose. The study has many self-proclaimed climate change scientist with no way to verify their credentials. Plus, if you did not believe in human climate change then you pretty much included in the survey on purpose. With that being said, science is not even confirmed with agreement. Science is only right when its right. In early American history, you could find where most science agree that black people are closing to ape like features so they are less human. We of course know this is false now, so science is not confirmed by agreement
