Based on feedback described above, the revised idea would be property management service (as a real estate agent) that provides discounted rent to students in Melbourne. Cheap Student would run property management service to generate revenues through management fees, which discount students' rents. Any profit generated by this non-profit organisation would be reinvested into social goal (Milligan, Guran, Lawson, Phibbs, & Phillips, 2009). Property management service would simultaneously exist with the idea of cheap student card, in order to achieve greater goal of affordable housing for students in Melbourne. The discounts on food, utilities, and stuffs that discount card provides to student users, would attenuate factors that makes affordable
