Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, Chesapeake IT Consultants (CIC) Incorporated is an Information Technology consulting services firm that specializes in business process consulting, redesign, and improvement. Additionally, CIC provides service to small to mid-tier businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies at all levels. While CIC experiences great level of success, opening two satellite offices in the last two years in Herndon, Virginia and Bethesda, Maryland. In order to commit to this business strategy, CIC requires a few improvements. Namely, a redesign of its hiring processes; as it stands, the manual hiring process is inefficient and ineffective, especially when it comes to hiring 75 or more consultants within a 3-month window. Naturally, a new IT hiring system can potentially reduce the hiring time, by streamlining the hiring process. Investment in a lean new system with a long-life span will ultimately, save time, and money as well as the ability to track the skills and certifications of the current staff and new hires.
CIO - Fadil Abadi, the Chief Information Officer wants to ensure that the system being adopted with acclimate seamlessly into the organizational current structure and system. The CIO requires a mobile system to keep up with CIC’s international growth and one which maintains their reputation of high credibility, reliability and security.
Director of HR - William Bradley requires an easy-to-use system for his staffs as well as a system that will be able to grow with the company. A new system with a user friendly interface similar to manual process, will allow easy integration and familiarity while streamlining the process.
Manager of Recruiting - As a recruiting manager, Suzanne needs a system that will be able to shorten the hiring time in order for her team to recruit new consultant for an upcoming contract.
