In the case of Chick Fil A their executive decisions and opinions constitute to involving a Christian background in their line of work. Chick Fil A has inherited the principles of founder, Truett Cathy, a Southern Baptist.
Well for starters it's an honor to work at one of the top fast food restaurants in the industry. With people who I enjoy working with and mangers who appreciate you and everything that you do. I enjoy working at Chick-Fil A and how much respect you gain for yourself and the store people look up to CFA customers and that's pleasure being told that. I enjoy working everyday and with my team. We get the pleasure of serving customers who enjoy us as a team and our food.

The words “my pleasure” and “have a wonderful day” mean a lot to Chick-Fil-A and the customer. The CEO, Dan Cathy, cherishes the training they implement on their employees to make them more polite. Business Insider reported that “Chick-Fil-A employees said ‘thank you’ in 95.2% of drive-thru encounters” (Taylor). And when the line gets too long for the drive-thru, Chick-Fil-A will send out their own drive-thru teams to take orders with a tablet from people. Rain or shine, those employees will be out there working hard for the customer whenever the drive-thru is too busy.
The happiness of staff helps create loyal and hardworking employees and this is very hard to build for many communities. The culture of Trader Joe’s is unique in terms of organization. The Culture of happiness is a key and at the same time an evidence of sustainable success. The founder, Truett Cathy, have created a culture that differentiates the organization from most other fast-food chains, and the company have stayed true to its values till the present days. In this case study, the company’s competitive advantage, the strategic leadership initiatives that helped the company attain success, how it responded to its external environment, and the strategic challenges it is facing are discussed. In addition, findings on the company’s approach on its international expansion and its status as a privately-owned company are included, and possible directions the company might take in these areas are suggested.

In Climbing the Golden Arches, nineteen year-old Marissa Nuñez discusses how her employment at McDonald’s transformed her into a mature and skilled employee. I worked with young children in the resource room with the staff that included teachers, special needs assistants and an occupational therapist, who routinely visits the school. I found the experience immensely rewarding to see the progress the children made in such a short space of time. I was able to see and discuss the different exercises that the occupational therapist used with the children in order for them to make progress. This gave me a great insight into the work environment and daily tasks of an occupational therapist and it made me realise that I had the personality traits and abilities that suited this career
The Food Industry The food industry is the worldwide diversified industry which has to do with anything relevant with food from food education to marketing but principally the industry produces and or provides food to essentially all people on the planet. The only people who are excluded from the food industry are self-sustaining farmers and hunter-gatherers. It is one of the largest industries in the world and continues to grow because people need food and the population is increasing every day. In America, the food industry possesses such an important role, yet there are so many problems within the industry which is ruining the society as we know it.
I had learned different things in the medical field. I learn how to verify insurance, call in prescription and had a great deal of customer experience by now. I had the endurance to learn anything. I would be placed in front office and back office. I enjoyed back office more dealing with directly assisting the doctor.
