It is a family-run restaurant oriented around traditional Turkish/Balkan cuisine, but it also attracts many non-Turkish customers due to its welcoming environment. The bulk of their products are themed around specific cultures, and mostly consist of Turkish cuisine, however, they still welcome people of all backgrounds; this is effective branding as culture and tradition is a deeply appealing, sentimental topic to a lot of people, making them all potential customers.
