Map Annotations El Fenix- El Fenix, opened in 1918 by Miguel Martinez, was the founding restaurant of Tex-Mex. Before El Fenix, Mexican food was not really served in a restaurant setting, and also had not spread past San Antonio. El Fenix is so revolutionary to Tex-Mex because it created the cuisine, taking authentic Mexican food recipes and beefing them up with more protein in order to make the food appeal to the new American audience. El Fenix was also one of the first Dallas restaurants to install an air conditioning unit, showing further how revolutionary the restaurant was to the dining scene in Dallas.

In regards to the Brent Small case, I personally believe that Mr. Smalls shouldn't be found guilty due to the lack of evidence. Although there was a witness who saw what happened, the evidence isn’t consistent with the case. The vehicle did match the description but the witness was unsure of the license plate and the damage to the vehicle isn’t significant to the crime committed. I don't believe that the evidence is strong enough to convict Mr. Smalls.

When it comes to fast food restaurants, most people tend to think of McDonald, Taco Bell, and KFC. Chipotle, however does not seem to have its name associate with the fast-food industry sector. Chipotle is a very successful Mexican-American chain restaurant that operates in more than 2000 locations world-wide. Its tremendous success results in its exponential growth and rising profit margin despite the scare of E. coli, Salmonella, and Norovirus in a few of its stores.
This was Steve Ells’ vision for Chipotle. Established in 1993, it was originally meant to help fundraise his plan for a fine-dining restaurant. But the fast, yet

The Sirens of Wildwood Falls When Alex Smith noticed his 13-year-old brother, Chris, slip off the rocks above Wildwood Falls he knew there was only one thing to do. Without hesitation, the 16-year-old boy ran to the edge of the rocks, where the current of the Row River was pulling his younger brother towards the nearby waterfalls. The Mexican culture and cuisine is a colorful and versatile experience that many Americans think they are quite familiar with. With many “Americanized” Mexican restaurants in our country including Taco Bell and Chipotle, it can be tough to know what real, authentic Mexican food is. Recently, I discovered a genuine Mexican restaurant right here in the city of Logan called ‘La Tormenta'. I was recommended this restaurant by my friends who say it is their “go-to” spot when they want real and delicious Mexican food on a college-friendly budget. Translated to mean “The Storm” in English, La Tormenta exceeded my expectations and will be visited again by me.
The first headquarter was in Miami-Dade County, Florida in the United States. In 1959, the business started expanding their restaurant inside the US. In 1969, the growing fast food restaurant chain started going out the region such as Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. In the 1970’s, it was the most prominent year the company has experienced. It was the golden age of fast food specially burgers and fries, which are their main courses, the restaurants business revolved around this type of food that they served.
These restaurants served a kind of food specially. Such as hamburger, ham, sandwich, Chips, pizzas, ice-cream, carbonated beverage and so on. They took more attention to speed and convenience. The market was for the public.
Also, it is top priority of these restaurants make sure their food tastes good (Edrington). They may do this at the cost of it being healthy but the masses don’t care if it is healthy. The final, probably most important way, they're as well known as they are is the marketing (Edrington). Since they have so much money, they can put advertisements anywhere, like big events or just big tv networks. They can also sponsor sporting events or provide toys to kids.
