Classic rock and indietronica, both contrast each other greatly in basically every attribute. Though both of these sound nothing alike, use of instrumentation can identify their common traits. Both are forms of a style of music that are described as a genre, and one is more listened to over the other. Indietronica is a type of genre that is not commonly listened to at all and a newer genre of music, it pulls attributes from a variety of music that forms its’ own. Classic rock, overwhelming known globally, is still somewhat popular from the age of where it was the type of music everyone listened to, also being a strong influence to all music created to this day. Though they come from different times, different instrumentation; they are both alike in ways that people don’t usually notice.

Each genre is unique, these two genres are to the utmost way contrast each other. Classic rock uses the most basic ways of instrumentation to create the music. Basic instruments such as common vocals, no added effects to the instrument. Distinct from one another, yet they come together to form a passionate and form its’ own art. It usually attracts people with a different taste of music, varying on what type of music someone usually listens will provide on what a person would prefer between the two. Indietronica somewhat rarely has clear lyrics without syncopation, focusing on difference. It is more unique and requires more creativity to make songs compared to classic rock. Classic rock always sounding alike, not having any true variety is a problem in music.
