Hello Mr. Johnson, I hope all is well with you and your family. It is Sobhan(Bahman) Panjavi. Currently I am living with my father, Behnam Panjavi, and my mom, Farzan Ezzati, however, this is most likely going to change since my dad is wishing to go back to Iran to follow his carrier as a doctor not as a Clinical Surgical Assistant, which is what he is doing at the moment in Alberta Children’s Hospital. After all, every member of family including me was born and raised in Iran, we moved to Calgary in 2013. If asked what do I most identify myself with, my answer is most likely going to be a, good inquirers as well as a moderately good communicator.
Rationale: This artifact, Facilitators Training Presentation, is a PowerPoint on differentiation that I presented to my co-workers. This PowerPoint presentation is evidence of this standard because it demonstrates a commitment to meet the educational needs of the students in their classroom in a fair and equitable manner. The goal of this presentation was to educate my co-workers on the importance of understanding the learning styles and meeting the needs of their individuals in their classrooms. After this presentation, my co-workers had a better understanding of differentiation and how to incorporate differentiation instruction in their classroom. R5
Before conducting this research I hypothesized that physicians’ experiences could help improve health policy and health law. My hypothesis was based on the fact that physicians have first-hand experience with what is going on in the healthcare system and are the ones that have to carry out health laws and policies. So, by listening to the experiences of physicians, policymakers could gain insight on what is working, not working and what needs to be improved within the healthcare system. The question that this study focused on was what is the hospitalist experience with New York’s Family Health Care Decisions Act (2010) at the University of Rochester Medical Center? In regard to this Act I wanted to see how using hospitalists’ experiences could be used to improve the Act.

1. Describe the problem as told by a health care professional For this interview project, I chose to interview Dr. Shawn Fagan, MD. He is a burn surgeon and intensivist for the Joseph M. Still Burn Center at Doctors Hospital in Augusta. Dr. Fagan has is board certified in both surgery and surgical critical care by the American Board of Surgery. He has participated in numerous studies in the area of exfoliative and necrotizing diseases of the skin.

The community playground, littered with plastic bags and discarded needles. The frequent sound of police sirens, in the distance, muddled with the daily commute of traffic noises. The controversy over the roles of physicians and nurse practitioners in primary care in the United States has been heatedly discussed over the past years. Although many may not even know the difference between the two, the issue is very important to those with the careers. A nurse practitioner is an alternative career for professionals who want to work in advanced healthcare but do not wish to make the commitment necessary to become a physician ("Nurse Practitioner vs Physician Assistant."). Physicians and nurse practitioners are different in their education and approach to care. Physicians study medicine and disease, while nurse practitioners study how to care for the sick.
Background: Describe a nursing situation you encountered this week. Today we attended clinical for second time. Our main focus was patient with COPD or any gas exchange difficulty. We assessed the patients with gas exchange problems.
The thing I did best today, was, communicating with my patient, and doing his physical assessment. My clinical rotation this quarter for Galen College of Nursing ,is at the VA medical center, in Louisville Ky. The VA medical center is a govt hospital for the veterans.

To ensure proper and satisfactory services in the health care industry, it is important to focus on patient care experience and partner in care along with the families. We discuss this approach and its benefits, especially for the elderly like Mr. Taylor and how it helps them overcome the barriers they face for healthcare delivery.
The class consists of main teacher, one co-teacher, and 20 students without any special needs or disabilities (14 girls 6 boys). The difference between the general classroom and the special education classroom that was the students very quiet and didn 't make a lot of noise like in the special education classroom. The classroom was very small for 22 students. I was surprised when I entered the general classroom. all the girls in the front and all the boys were back.
The teacher reacts with the children to keep them interested and moving. Some of the time the children just likes to sit in the teacher 's lap and not get involved with the other children. One day, Mrs. Lauren sat on the rug during sensory play and two of the children wanted to sit in her lap while the other children wanted to play. Sometimes the children seem to get out of control. Mrs. Lauren always makes sure that she handles the children with love and care.
My observation of an experienced practitioner along with my EC was an eye opener. Simply because, my EC and I had discussed pre-observation, certain features to be observed and my EP, who was not a CIDTL candidate, had ticked all the boxes in such a simple yet effective manner. Some of her teaching practices stood out and helped me model my unit 2 lesson plan based on that. My EC set the tone of the class environment as safe and participative.
INTRODUCTION For an educator to be successful at teaching their students, the teacher must be able to asses the individual students knowledge of a subject (Guskey, 2003, p6). The clinical interview is a useful tool for assessing a student’s individual knowledge, along with other aspects of the education process. An instructor who is conducting clinical interviews are will be able to recognize the students thought process and learning behaviors when it comes to solving a problem or explaining a process to complete a report (Ginsburg, 1997, p.147). Furthermore, the interview allows the instructor to recognize gaps in both the student’s knowledge and the instructors teaching methods.
