INTRODUCTION:
Clippers Gardening Services is a small company which is engaged in providing professional gardening services. The company is having four gardeners. There are total 6 staffs in to the company. The company has started its operations with one employee. The company faced rapid growth over last six months. It expanded its staff from one employee to five employees. Due to this rapid growth the dramatic increase in the number of quotes being written and the addition of four new employees. The management felt that there is need of improvement in the current administrative system. At present company provides hand written quoting to their customers. TWO ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS:
There are two new administrative systems which have been identified for the Clippers Gardening Services. Both the systems are electronic based. One of the most important administrative systems to establish and maintain is an efficient filing system. It also provides guidelines on what to look for when undertaking an administrative audit. All organisations collect paper resources in the shape of books and documents. Many organizations will want to establish a resource centre where they can keep these resources in an orderly manner and make them accessible to staff and others.

Office Suppliers: This stakeholder will help to get all the necessary accessories for the office.
IT Technician: IT technicians will be helpful to build the system as per the system consultant 's advice.
Staff Trainers: There are some agencies which provide necessary trainings to the company 's staff.
Benefit:
• There are many benefits of this new system implementation. The first and foremost benefit of this system is that it saves lots of time.
• Everything will be systemized centrally. So office manager can have control over all the things.
• There will be no manual work involved if the company goes with the second option.
• Company 's data will be safe and they can have easy access whenever they require.
Communication Strategies to inform staff:
As the number of staff members are less it is advisable to get all the staff together and inform them. This meeting will be taken by the office manager. This is very effective way of communication with the staff. The staff has also chance to ask question if they have any. They can also call present demo of the system to the staff
