Traditionally, operation in Coles faced significanted loss of revenue in their weekly server outages which caused by aging server hardware. Currently, Coles has implement the better technologies infrastructure ensure to support their daily operation and improved the ability to generate more revenue and customer satisfaction. Automatic service checkout allows the customer to have actual experience and participation in the service delivery. (Greasley, A 2013) Besides, Coles identify this technology was the most helpful, especially during the peak sales hours, the customers are able to make purchases quickly and avoid dealing with long queues at the cashier, hence it will reduce the length of time in checkout lines and waiting time. Furthermore, the technology not only increase the satisfaction of customer and it also help Coles to limit the number of staff requirement by cutting down the wages in annual. For instance, Coles will only need to place one employee to monitor the several self-checkout kiosks for providing service to customers when they
