The most worker who has been working at the company for few years and get used to the job routine tend to work for the salary and do not work with high motivation. However, the worker who has a growth mind-set is working with high motivation since the person really enjoys to work for the company which can provide new experiences or knowledge to the person. Additionally, a growth mind-set provide not only the motivation for the job but also lead the person to succeed because the person considers difficulties or attempts to be a good opportunity for growth.
