In order to truly excel in any endeavor, three qualities must exist in a human being; a passion for something you love, a natural born talent, and a desire to achieve success against all obstacles. The world is loaded with individuals with varying gifts, passions, and aspirations. Many people possess one or two of these qualities simultaneously but a miniscule amount of the population can attest to owning all three of these attributes in any given subject matter. I can vehemently say that within the educational sphere I excel in mathematics and enjoy success in the workings of technology outside of the classroom.
For as long as I can remember, I have always had a natural inclination towards doing well in mathematics at school. The ability to make life easier with addition of new and innovative technological processes is the foundation of why these objects capture so much of my attention. As a child, I would take apart computers and mess with its software just out of curiosity. This inquisitiveness came naturally to me, and I still find myself altering smartphones and laptops just to find out what might happen if some attributes were changed. Unfortunately, I have never had the opportunity to learn about computer science in a formal classroom setting. I want to right the wrong and explore all the aspects of computer science that I can in college. My yearning to do well in this industry is just as immeasurable as my drive to conquer the challenges of mathematics.
