During this period, I focused on Cell Culture & Harvesting, PCR, DNA Isolation and Sequencing and Analysis of my own DNA sequence. It gave me the necessary knowledge to identify and treat some genetic diseases. This experience assisted in my realization of the significance of my chosen field.
