Getting ready for college is something that everyone is ready to do, until it actually is there turn. The process of picking a school that is right for you is something that a lot of people struggle with. I personally had a very tough time trying to choose between two colleges and when I finally chose, it was a major relief off of my shoulders. Picking a place where a student will fit in is another major struggle. Big universities are focused on sports and bigger degrees, as compared to a community college where there is a closer relationship between teacher and student, and smaller degrees. I am excited to go to college and experience life on my own. Being the person I am, I am excited to bring an outgoing, a hardworking, and a bubbly personality to the college I will attend.

I really enjoy meeting new people and most of the time, the new people I meet are laughing and smiling within a few minutes of being around me. I am very good at lightening spirits when something is not going right and I think that in a hard class it will come in very helpful. I think that my personality is one that people can rely on to make things better when something is not going very well at the time. I enjoy talking to people when there is something bothering them and trying to help them to make them feel better about what they are going through. I have been a lifeguard for two years and when I am at work and a kid gets hurt, they are normally pretty scared and I do my best to distract them. I really enjoy making kids happy when they are scared and it makes me feel really good when I know that someone is smiling because of something I have
