All African countries with the exception on Liberia and Ethiopia were colonized by a europeam country at some time. They all have different histories and cultures, each country has undergone different hardships to reach civilization and achieve solidarity. Despite coming from a different culture and history, the countries of Africa have some common similarities in their histories.
Most of these African countries were colonized by a western country for trading reasons or the exploitation of the fruitful recourses of the African lands. In the 1800s most Africans have been experiencing colonization or at least had some kind of deal with a western country, and there weren’t still any protests nor did the African countries try to change their relationship with their western intruders.

There were also common developments throughout Africa after the 1800s; the way their histories folded out was somehow similar to each other. These countries were all under some kind of foreign rule at that time, and the way the call for independence started is not very different, usually when the racism and abuse towards the native people if brought to surface causing protests and calls for reformation or complete independence, leading to clashes between the colonizing troops or government troops with the citizens which sparks a series of violence eventually leading to the independence of their
