Training is important in the workplace for all for all types of duties being carried out like using machinery equipment to using chemicals etc. before you can use any of these you will need the proper training so you can use them safety and correctly. The employer can prevent injuries from happening by putting procedures in place doing risk assessments in the workplace putting people on training courses, provide PPE and make sure employees use it having fire drills every few months just in case a fire every did break out employees would know where to go for
