It has been widely documented that around the last few decades, there has been a lot of awareness regarding the importance and recognition of practitioners of general medicine, community nurses as well as professionals who are involved in the primary health care of people belong to the urbanised city of Scotland. These groups of professionals have been found to provide integral support to patients who are almost in the verge of losing their lives in the hand of these practitioners and near and dear ones. According to this model which has been proposed specifically for community nurse, there would be tremendous support from all quarters which also include support from general and advanced practitioners and physicians as well as senior consultant nurses so that their expertise and experience be taken into account whenever needed. All this will be done keeping in mind to provide the best and optimum health care support to patients by community staff nurses. This kind of perspective nursing model shall also be supported by other wings of nursing which include nursing related to community and children, nursing in nursery, nursing areas pertaining to those suffering from mental disability or learning disability respectively. The review of nursing in community identified seven key elements which have been considered to be integral while forming the basis for this proposed model. The urban area children have been found to become obese in the absence of physical activities which are mainly due to improper eating habits where the larger dependence is on fast food related stuff and also little or no physical activity. The advent of technology marked the onset of online digital games which are increasingly being played by the young generation which typically does not involve any kind of physical activity. These sort of unhealthy life style practices bring about lot of metabolic changes within the individual and are a reason for major concern. Thus it is imperative to assess the risks associated with health when there is unwanted and excess deposition of adipose tissue than required amongst individuals. It must be noted that obesity cannot be considered as an individual issue. In the last decade, obesity has been recognised as the most important public health challenge not only in Scotland but in the entire United Kingdom. Though a number of national policies concerning obesity are operational in Scotland where there are definite strategies of physical activity and diet for its citizens which are relevant but no specific strategy for pin pointing obesity has not been devised yet unlike other places like England and Wales where specific targets have been set to reduce obesity
