It has been widely documented that around the last few decades, there has been a lot of awareness regarding the importance and recognition of practitioners of general medicine, community nurses as well as professionals who are involved in the primary health care of people belong to the urbanised city of Scotland. According to this model which has been proposed specifically for community nurse, there would be tremendous support from all quarters which also include support from general and advanced practitioners and physicians as well as senior consultant nurses so that their expertise and experience be taken into account whenever needed. All this will be done keeping in mind to provide the best and optimum health care support to patients by community staff nurses. This kind of perspective nursing model shall also be supported by other wings of nursing which include nursing related to community and children, nursing in nursery, nursing areas pertaining to those suffering from mental disability or learning disability respectively.
