When soldiers from world war two went off and killed people, most people don't think about where that violence stems from but in a war . The nonfiction articles “The Men Who Pulled the Trigger” and “Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki” shows that people put in bad situations do things that they don't even need to believe in just because it stems from hierarchy and environment and in the book Lord Of The Flies it suggests the same.
