Rwandan Genocide vs Holocaust
Did you know that a small country the size of Maryland in Africa called Rwanda had a Genocide? Because the genocide happened in a small country it did not affect a lot so it was not as popular or well known as the holocaust. The Rwandan genocide and the Holocaust happened in different continents. The forms of torture were different. The time zones at which the genocides happened were different. There were some similarities to like both genocides used numerous amounts of propaganda because it their way of manipulating the public to believe that the Jews and Tutsis were bad people. Both genocides involved one group trying to eliminate another. They both killed a certain ethnic group or race. Although there are some differences between the holocaust and the Rwandan Genocide, there are also some similarities .

The Holocaust started because of the hatred of Jews because of race and religion and Hitler wanted to blame Jews for Great Depression following WWI.
