Romeo has heard of Juliet’s death and decides to leave the safe house he is in to visit the crypt where she lies. On his way he stops by the apothecary to buy poison so he can kill himself next to Juliet. Romeo is not aware that Juliet is only asleep. Once the apothecary gives in a sells Romeo the poison, Romeo sets out to sneak to where Juliet lies. The night is dark and the ancient stars luster in the sky. Going over the plan in his head Romeo thinks of a story his mother had told him where everyone gets placed in the sky as stars once they died but lovers were placed in the sky together. Romeo knew in his heart that him and his soul mate would shine together. Before entering the crypt Paris stops Romeo to fight him seeing as though he is a black man trying to enter the crypt and Romeo kills Paris. …show more content…

He thinks to himself, even dead she still looks like the most beautiful thing I have ever laid my eyes on. Romeo walks to his dead wife and holds her frail deceased figure and then kisses her multiple times. With shaky hands and tears in his eyes he takes the vial of poison and drinks it quickly, as though he was dying of thirst and drinking water for the first time in days. With one last kiss burning with passion Romeo lays next to her and slips into an eternal sleep. A few minutes later Juliet wakes up and is overjoyed when she see the love of her life next to her but that happiness soon fades to horror when she realizes he is dead. She sees the empty vial on the ground and tries to find one last drop to spare but finds there is nothing left. Between sobs Juliet tries kissing Romeo hoping some of the poison is lingering on his lips but she has no luck. A dangerous thought enters her mind. Romeo has a dagger on his belt and she can stab herself. Kissing her husband’s lips tenderly Juliet slips the dagger from Romeo’s
