Bendick and Beatrice can be described as a dog and a cat because sometimes they can fight and fight but other times they can get along well and become friends. In Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare, Benedick and Beatrice mock and insult each other. But later on they both get tricked into falling in love with one another. Benedick and Beatrice, just like everybody else have differences; like one is hard-hearted and the other good-hearted, but they also have their similarities like they both mock people using their wit to mock people.
Furthermore, Benedick changes his views on women,love, and marriage as the play goes on. In addition, Beatrice shows a side of her that the readers/audience never see.In act one scene one Benedick calls
