Bendick and Beatrice can be described as a dog and a cat because sometimes they can fight and fight but other times they can get along well and become friends. In Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare, Benedick and Beatrice mock and insult each other. But later on they both get tricked into falling in love with one another.
