I thought to myself, “Was it all worth it?” and quickly dismissing this idea. I came to realize that I didn’t need something solid reference to this achievement, that the knowledge that I could accomplish anything with determination and a little creativity was
I performed higher on my standardized testing, and I genuinely found happiness within myself without having to look for it in other
Advanced levels of my peers compared to me showed where the previous school had, nonetheless I demonstrated my dedication by following through with clarinet and joining marching band in 8th grade while mostly everyone in my class had quit. Auditioning for the All-County Honor’s Band my freshman year showed to be a wise decision and after being accepted, above the junior classmate who played clarinet with myself, I was awarded first chair in band. Continuing still with participating in solo and ensemble, and once again when I told my band director last year I wanted to play a Class B solo, he told me I wasn’t capable of it. Although, I played half of it that year for comments only, and took it this year for a rating only to earn a 2 (Excellent). One of my biggest accomplishments in band would have to be being accepted into the All Ohio State Fair Band, as one of the 40 out of the 52 that
My most defining experiance and achievement took place between the months of April and October of 2015, this experiance was caddying at Nakoma Golf Club and my greatest achievement was recieving Rookie Caddy of the Year. Sunday March 1st was the day I called the Nakoma for the first time, I had just gotten out of open gyms for baseball and went on the phone. Around April 3rd I recived a call from Nakoma apolgizing for my unreturned calls and that caddy training would start the following Saturday. I showed up fourty five minutes earlier then the arrival time, this is when I would meet the other caddys and bag room emplloyes. The next five Sundays I went through the caddy training and at the end of that i was a certified caddy.
Recently I had a big personal achievement that I 'm truely proud of. I attend the music school and I play the violin. Before one week I had an important concert for Oginski 's honor, but I was realy afraid of it because I had a big scene fear. I repeated, played and tried to improve my playing for Oginski 's polonaise.
The beginning of the year came, it was time for jazz auditions. I played my heart out I did exactly what I needed and I earned the lead trumpet role. Not only did I get lead trumpet, but I played at a high level. We sounded great under my sound, under my lead. The feeling of my work finally paying off, I feel euphoric playing lead.
Although you might’ve found it rigorous and challenging, you might just have completed the best work of your ability. And think about a task where there wasn’t pressure at all, with extremely long deadlines and not challenging at all. You might just have done only partial best.
Where are you from? Can you speak English? Can you speak Japanese? This is the most asked question in my life. I was born in Japan as Japanese.
I have overcome difficult challenges in my pursuit of education. I fell behind on my credits, which was the hardest situation to pull myself up from. I caught up and past my colleagues. I am more than ready to further expand my education beyond graduating high school. I am striving to make myself rise above the rest.
My long and short term goals had shaped my aspirations and who I am as a person today. My experiences are unforgettable and I will surely take all the observations and knowledge I had gained to create a happy and successful life for myself and
I found it difficult to reflect on an achievement or experience that did not render any recognition. Every accomplishment that came to mind was either included in my resume or did not necessitate any appreciation. Then I began to think about all the activities I had been involved in where I felt I may have made a difference. It was not long before I recalled that one of my most appreciable achievements resulted in what appeared to be one of my most disappointing experiences.
An activity, interest, experience, or achievement that has been particularly meaningful to me in my life is being in an educational group called educational talent search otherwise known as TRIO. This helped me realize that this my future I need to take control and do what’s best for me and my education. This not only helped me get serious about my future but also helped me find the right college(s) that I know I would have liked to apply to such as the University of Central Florida. Being able to visit the college and see what it was about was a great and beneficial experience.
Therefore, I learned a lot from my experience and I feel confident that I will be able to apply my skills to my personal life, academic journey and professional
A sense of accomplishment is invaluable to a person. Not only does a sense of accomplishment build confidence and faith in oneself, but it also allows one to reflect on how wonderful the journey to the accomplishment was, and how every little struggle and triumph was worth it. In the middle of summer, where time seems endless and the stress of the previous school year has been shed by students, I never expected to find out that I scored a five on both of the advanced placement exams I took. Nor did I have one-hundred percent confidence the goals we set as section leaders of the marching band would actually be met. Yet to my surprise, I had the good fortune of accomplishing challenging things in both aspects of my life.
In this part I will review myself, about what have I done and what can I do, so I can be closer to my vision. As I have mentioned in my current situations I have strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats. My strategy is that I want to maintain my strength, overcome my weaknesses and threats and take advantage of the opportunity. My strengths are my calm and observant personality.
