Different worlds are divided by how they evolve and what they focus to advance their living. There is science, alchemy, and magic. Each universe has it's own set of rules, laws, and physics. Each of these types of worlds has a god watching over them to keep balance. At one point there was a god of light and a god of shadow, but the god of light, gone, lost, and disappeared, was replaced with a new god, and those, the god of shadow has the advantage to take over. With the imbalance between light and death, the silence of many world left in twilight, waiting to be awakened. Afraid of what was to happen, the God of light created a new world, were they had powers, less of the gods, but still had pretty respectable powers. They were in charge of the different worlds while the God of Light was left to find a way to create a balance in light and darkness. Many worlds do not either know the existence of other words, or want to explore outside their own. But the people of those worlds that do need to be careful. It is rare, but there is a chance that they can upset the balance by adding laws to that world. For example, if a magic spell was used in a science world, then the consequences could be catastrophic. The only reason nothing happened was due to the boy not having anything to bring to that world. That boy learned how to wield a Keyblade and a sword created by both light and shadow from a torturous experiment. The act of him coming to that world had multiple worlds come together. The gods have considered bringing him up to the upper ranks and have him defend the worlds, but realized that he is to naive to join their ranks.
