The third largest religion of the world is Hinduism with followers touching up to 1 billion which covers up to 15% of the world’s population. With such a huge number of followers of a religion it is bound to have regions with high population of Hindus. Countries like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Malaysia, United States, Myanmar, United Kingdom, South Africa, Mauritius, and Canada have a huge population of Hindus. Most of the countries stated above are located in Asia. Hinduism is a religion without any prophets and it is more heterogeneous kind of a religion where there is no one school of thought. They have numerous Gods. Each God is for different purpose. Hindus are given the freedom to choose what they want to be. They have to choose amongst these branches polytheistic, monotheistic, pantheistic, monistic, agnostic, humanist or atheistic. There Gods are made up of clay and they are worshiped regularly. The worship places of Hindus are known as ‘Mandir’ which is a sort of temple which has a Hindu Priest and numerous statue of Gods.
