Yet when our parents did not want to or were to busy to make a quick meal , what was available for a child to make? An easy lunchtime favorite the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The easy access and versatile creation of this masterpiece made it a childhood favorite as well as took the strain of having to prep a meal off the parents. Since what makes a great sandwich is not simply the taste but the access you have to it and ease of preperation. A two hundered dollar sandwich from Paris may taste superb, yet the liklyhood of that being in the common persons lunch pail is low.
