1. Driver- This is the social style that is wholly oriented towards goal achievement. Group members under such setting are expected to act fast and vigorously to ensure that goals are achieved as stipulated. 2. Analytical- It is the social style that is more focused on scrutinizing the situation at hand, identifying problems, and ensuring that everything is handled with utmost care. There is always the element of analysis before any move. 3. Expressive- This is the type of social setting that involves team players who are always excited and interactive.
