It is used for a good use, like that sure could teach somebody about fair use and copyright. I think that he didn’t break copyright law. Disney’s movies go under fair use which Faden decided to use. When these students plagiarize others work they render themselves unable to truly understand the material. The purpose of going to school is to prepare students for life and give them the necessary knowledge they need to succeed. If you simply copy someone 's work, it eliminates the whole learning aspect because none of the work is your own doing. Along with that, you lose the potential knowledge and skills that could help you later in life. The punishment serves as a reminder of those facts and helps students come to realize that cheating hinders your education.
In my opinion, I personally consent that the plagiarism is a matter of ethics. Academic plagiarism is an ethic issue. People who copy others word, picture and thinking would be treated as plagiarism. Plagiarism is not just a violation of ethics that should be condemned by public. But to some extent, it violates the intellectual property rights that considering as an illegal behavior.

Although, there may be various reasons people see downloading music as theft, they do not understand the actual benefit for the musician and the consumers. Certain industries blame the availability of downloading music for ruining the music industry. Being able to receive free music from Napster, decreases the beauty of music since downloading does not come with the photos, as CDs do. But just like the addition of any new beneficial technology into our society, new laws must be created to help prevent these technologies from being misused or taken advantage of.
