This cookbook provides different child-friendly recipes that younger children can cook with the assistance of adults, and older children can cook on their own.

The cookbook is divided into different, labeled sections for each category of food, in addition to a separate section for preparing the kitchen. Significant words are not bolded or highlighted; however, there is a section at the beginning that provides a pictorial explanation of various kitchen utensils.
