All three of them have good stories,but I think Rameck’s story is motivating. There are three factors that let Rameck become successful. The first one is that Rameck learns from mistakes. The second one is that Rameck gets support from mentors. The final one is that Rameck gets help from institutional support.
Believing in hard work and perseverance is her recipe for success. Patricia Lyons, a dedicated and focused student, is pursuing her education with a Bachelors degree in accounting along with an MBA in Entrepreneurship, concentrating in small business management. Patricia has achieved honors or president list every semester while in college. She intends to keep this trend going when completing her masters degree.
Her business quickly expanded around many areas. “When Walker transferred her business operations to Indianapolis, the Madame C.J. Walker Manufacturing Company had become wildly successful, with profits that were the modern-day equivalent of several million dollars.” Madame C.J Walker was clearly an empowering woman. “Walker was as generous as she was successful, establishing a network of clubs for her employees and offering bonuses and prizes to those who contributed to their communities through charitable works. She promoted female talent” Madame Walker was setting a great example to the woman and to African Americans.
Madam Walker has paved the way for generations after her. The words of the late Madam CJ Walker “I promoted myself,” and “I had to make my own living and my own opportunity! But I made it! Don't sit down and wait for the opportunities to come. Get up and make them!”
Clara Barton perfectly exemplifies what I’d like to accomplish in my life and nursing career. She was fearless in her mission, tireless in her efforts to help others, and effective in creating real change that lasted far beyond her the end of her life. After all, she’s the only the creator of the little ol’ American Red Cross. Barton’s service career began at the beginning of the Civil War, when she was forty years old, proving that people can make a difference at any point in their lives. Within months, she set up a distribution center to get supplies to the troops that needed them.

Insomnia Cookies is another well known cookie company. They sell ice cream, baked goods, & merch, including vegan and gluten-free options with most locations being open till 3 AM daily. Crumbl’s targets are families and a younger audience.

My journey began when The Deron School hired me as a paraprofessional. I learned so much about myself in a classroom setting of diverse learners. First, my strong qualities, such as patience, flexibility to change, and positivity, were simply demonstrated for this position. Matt Shendell is a good example of person whose success in the hospitality business has no limits. He got his first job working at Limelight in 1990. He started working there to make extra money, but he became enamored of the industry. He started doing some promoting, working doors here and there, then moved on to Danceteria. I didn’t know where I was going to work so I went to business school to get a good job like that. Finishing my masters degree and that let me be qualified candidate for the job.”.
