Crumbl Cookies is Largest and fastest growing cookie company in the nation. They sell new flavors of cookies every week in addition to ice cream, and merch. Insomnia Cookies is another well known cookie company. They sell ice cream, baked goods, & merch, including vegan and gluten-free options with most locations being open till 3 AM daily. Crumbl’s targets are families and a younger audience. Insomnia’s target audience is college students. These target audiences are heavily reflected in their posts on social media. Today I’m going to specifically compare their Instagram and TikTok profiles.
