Communication skills Reflection Doing this reflection has helped me to develop and improve my communication skills. I learned how to communicate what I have learned from the semester. It taught me how to reflect on my experiences and express my feeling in the best possible way. This reflection also helped me to improve my summarizing skills because I had to summarize my experiences into a paragraph. Writing all these reflections has allowed me to improve on sticking to one subject because I tend to go off topic sometimes. Since each reflection is based on one of the seven undergraduate competencies it easier for me to stick to one subject. In conclusion, this reflection has really improved my communication skills 2. Agility and adaptability skills Exam When I first heard that our exam was going to be the open box I was kind of excited because I thought it would be easy. I later realized that it not as easy as it seems, yeah I can bring notes to the exam but I need to know where in the notes are the information I need. I used my agility skills (willingness to learn from my experience) and my adaptability skills (embracing change) in order to prepare myself for the exam. I had to use my willingness to learn to make myself actually study for the exam, instead of relying on my study notes. I had to adapt to a new way of writing an exam since I am not used to open-book test. I feel like I used my agility and adaptability skills to help to prepare me for the exam. I feel like the exam helped me with developing these skills and I now feel like I am prepared for any challenging or changes I may face in the
