High School JROTC Instructors are retired Officers and Noncommissioned Officers carrying decades of military experience, whose responsibility is to teach students character education, student achievement, wellness, leadership, and diversity. In order to become a JROTC instructor, the following questions must be addressed. What prerequisites are there to become an instructor, what additional training is required, what education institutions provides the training, and what is the hiring process? My research to answering these questions will focus on internet searches, governing agency of the JROTC program, and by leveraging local high school JROTC instructors for information. We are a newly formed field artillery unit that is a FRU. We are currently supported by the 1-151 FA. They are not able to support us for CLS training because of another mission. I know that it is a short request, would it be possible to get 40 PAX through a CLS refresher. We have drill on 8-10 December and would like the training on Friday the 8th.
Perla Castaneda, or Miss.Perla as the kids call her, is a youth manager within the Tierney M. Learning Center located in the beacon communities of South Boston. She works in the academic center which is predominantly focused on helping students with homework, being a broker for resources and offering mentorship to students. The mission of the Tierney M. Learning Center closely resembles that of the boys and girls club of Boston which is to give opportunities to those who need it most. Perla strongly believes in this mission and possibly takes it a step further. She wants to help those who want it and don’t want it.
The training does not go in depth. In depth training should be a requirement. New employees are not receiving good enough training. Which means they are unable to carry out the very complicated tasks of what the job asks for. When a new employee trains, they will be trained on the switchboard.

The mission of Costco is “to continually provide all of its members with quality goods and services at the lowest possible prices.” This mission statement is directly correlated to Costco’s business model and its strategy. Costco’s mission statement shows that business really pays attention to quality as a huge selling point. The foundation of Costco’s business model is centered around a membership-only warehouse business model, in which there are high sales volume, rapid inventory turnover due to their fee-paying members. For my service learning project I had the opportunity to assist in the M.S. Century Bikeathon where I and another classmate traveled to Council Grove KS to greet all the participants as they made their way in after a one hundred mile bike ride. In this essay I will go over five important concepts that I observed while volunteering.
1.a. Identify one instructional strategy or student activity from the outline of plans that could be challenging for the student, considering the description of the student’s learning disability. One student activity that will be challenging for Julie is to listen to the excerpts, participate in class, and then create a chart listing defining characteristics of life during the pre-Revolutionary War times. Since Julie has diagnosed with ADHD, she cannot concentrate on the listening of the excerpt. Also, she has difficulty to fit in the groups and get along with other students.
