The size of the cage varies between gecko. (For example if your gecko is just a baby the cage would only need to be in a cage that is 20 inches high; but for an adult it would need to be at least a 20 gallon tank). In your Crested Gecko cage there should be plants. Your gecko will most likely spend most of their time hanging and/or sitting in the plants. These geckos like to be high up in the air instead of lower to the ground. You can choose to add fake plants or real plants. It does not matter which one you choose but if you choose to add real plants you can not put any kind of plant you want as it could be poisonous. The best real plants to use are: Ficus benjamina, Dracaena spp. and Pothos. Make sure that the dirt that the plants are in do not have fertilizer in them because it could also be poisonous. Lastly,Crested geckos like to climb on leafs, and wood, a good thing to put in the cage for the gecko would be a cork branch or tunnel. You can also use Dried wood branches.
