As per I have concluded the role of the stakeholders are • Competitors: They play the crucial role in the decision-making. Taking the competitors easy is the biggest mistake one can make in any business. But we do not want to do this thus taking the competitors in consideration the location, menu, prices, length of the staff and many other factors are focussed and ensured that they doesn’t match our competitors (Hobohm, 2004). • Customers: The customers are the power of nay business thus making them happy is our main motive. For this purpose the menu and the environment of the restaurant has been designed in a way that it delights the customers of all culture.
