For this purpose the menu and the environment of the restaurant has been designed in a way that it delights the customers of all culture. • Suppliers: The involvement of the suppliers in the decision-making is necessary, as it is a work of great consideration while choosing the suppliers. Especially when it comes to food, the decision making for the selection of the suppliers becomes risky, as the quality of the products is the vital part of consideration. • Employees: For us our employees are like a family, thus the hiring of the new staff for the North West branches are done in a way that each of the employees fulfils all the expectations of the restaurant with their
