Cronus, one of the most interesting greek gods there is. Romans called him Saturn, he was the lord of the universe. He has Quite a few features about him that make him stand out and makes him more interesting than the others, his family history, unique personality, and symbols that represent him, all make him one of a kind. Ouranos, and gaia, gave birth to Cronus, which then gave birth to Rhea. Cronus and Rhea had 7 children after that. Zeus, he had the ability to throw lighting bolts, and he could control the weather causing rain, and thunderstorms. He was the king of the Titans, he was in charged and ruled the cosmos during the golden days with devouring force. His sister rhea was his children's mom, they had children together, but when cronus heard that one of his children was going to overcome and overthrow his power, and keep it all to himself. He got nervous hearing that his children were going to take his power one day. Every Time his child was born Rhea would present his child to Cornus and then he would eat them, but the babies were gods and they were immortal o every time Cronus ate one, they would grow inside of him causing more power. But then came along Zeus, Rhea did not want cronus to see this beautiful god because she knew he would just eat him, so she tricked cronus by putting a rock in a blanket and presenting him the “baby” so he wouldn't eat the real one. Rhea moved to the mountains to raise zeus on her own, and grow with him. Cronus helped Gaia out when he heard she was upset that her children had been locked up in Tartarus. He was the only brave one out of the 12 titans that would help her out. Cronus refused to listen to what Gaia had to say, and he didn't help her out. Later on Gaia sided with zeus to get back at Cronus for to obeying what she had to say and not listening to her
