Working alongside the company’s values, above shows a diagram of the key cultural characteristics the company incorporates into everyday tasks. The culture objections are implemented into the work environment on a level of ways which makes it apparent that the culture is immensely strong within this organization. Having culture and values coincide with one another in such a structure like LinkedIn does, has allowed them to create the globe-wide platform for individuals and companies across the world to connect on.

To do this, the company has set up several groups to promote individuals working together such as empower women in tech, diversity employee resource groups and company all hands. Empower women in technology is not only for women working within tech, but rather for women in general. This group is available to women for resources to help in their own careers and within the company. The diversity resource group is established to primarily be an outlet used to enhance inclusion throughout the company as it is a core foundation within its culture and mission.
