Working alongside the company’s values, above shows a diagram of the key cultural characteristics the company incorporates into everyday tasks. The culture objections are implemented into the work environment on a level of ways which makes it apparent that the culture is immensely strong within this organization. Having culture and values coincide with one another in such a structure like LinkedIn does, has allowed them to create the globe-wide platform for individuals and companies across the world to connect on.

To do this, the company has set up several groups to promote individuals working together such as empower women in tech, diversity employee resource groups and company all hands. Empower women in technology is not only for women working within tech, but rather for women in general. This group is available to women for resources to help in their own careers and within the company. The diversity resource group is established to primarily be an outlet used to enhance inclusion throughout the company as it is a core foundation within its culture and mission. Transforming the globe is backed by the company’s economic graph, LinkedIn for good and InDay processes. The economic graph is a digital graph of the global economy which helps them to connect talent with various opportunities at a large scale. LinkedIn for good helps to connect professionals with opportunities that impact the world. This process allows individuals to use skills for good and give back within the community while still developing as professionals. It also allows LinkedIn to leverage their power to help small businesses and nonprofits achieve their mission on a larger scale.
