Endothon and Techfite both have a different kind of culture. Endothon can be classified as having a Market Culture. The two examples that would support this are, Endothon has a primary focus on their customer satisfaction. As a company, they know that if the client is satisfied, they will in return have increased profits. Furthermore, Endothon has goals set goals that they will need to achieve to uphold their value. These goals are set to be innovative and safety conscientious. Those two examples fit into the market culture; this culture is customer-focused and goal oriented.

Techfite wants their employees to work in groups and make decisions amongst these teams; this structure can help them make increase job satisfaction. Employee focused companies need to have individuals work well together and make decisions without creating any hostile environments.
