Endothon and Techfite both have a different kind of culture. Endothon can be classified as having a Market Culture. The two examples that would support this are, Endothon has a primary focus on their customer satisfaction. As a company, they know that if the client is satisfied, they will in return have increased profits. Furthermore, Endothon has goals set goals that they will need to achieve to uphold their value.
