Day 1
After watching news on reports of extreme behavior, it is evident that news analysts and reporters overemphasize some facts or occurrences. For instance, the Orlando nightclub shooting was covered intensely whereby images of people scampering for safety were repeatedly aired. The media also used terrorism consultants and analysts who overemphasized the incidence. For instance, considering how the Orlando shooting was reported many people would believe that going to public spaces would expose one to a terrorist attack.
Day 2
Every person has mental frameworks or schemas that he or she uses to process and interpret information. After thinking about schemas that I might have, I realized that there are some foods that I would not just eat and routes that I would not take. For example, as much as I enjoy seafood, I would refuse to eat any seafood that is not well cooked. For instance I cannot eat tuna, because it tastes raw. Another mental framework that I have is that I cannot watch movies with certain actors. For instance, I cannot watch a film by a certain actor because I did not like his character in the first film that I saw him in. …show more content…

This is possibly because both my parents are Christians and so they brought me up to be a Christian. Regarding my political party affiliation, I chose it because it stands for the ideologies that I support. My family does not necessarily support my party of choice. Other things that I have adopted from my family are the type of films that I watch, how I organize my house and the route that I take to the
