David Murder Case Essay

David, known as a mild-mannered man, who started to act out of character in a sudden and aggressive manner, witch lead to him murdering one of his clients. There is little information available for us in this murder case, mostly defense’s material. The lack of background information on David together with no evidence from the prosecution, leaves one wandering regards this case.
Let’s view at the facts presented: David’s behavior was out of character for him according to his family. People do not start behaving out of character or violent for no excellent reason. There is always a reason or condition that causes this type of behavior possible.
David’s responsibility for the crime seemed to be determined extremely fast along with not a great deal of thought to it. One could blame the court system. Always trying to push the cases out the door. Before one can form a conclusion on someone’s guilt or innocence, he or she needs to know all the facts involving the case. The erratic behavior needs closer inspection. People do not start killing other people out of the blue. There can be an underlying medical condition that triggers the rage. The lack of evidence to suggest that David’s genetics had anything to do with his crime is nonexistent. Moreover, there was no mentioning of David’s history of violence or aggression of any sorts. Quite the opposite, he proved to be a passive and mild-mannered man. Consequently, the nature versus nurture debate, the nature wins. it would require a combination of all sorts to create a criminal. Some unfortunate genetics or just unlucky genetics with issues that when combined with certain environmental factors, can lead to criminal activities. It can’t be as simple as just one or the other.
