They are also less likely to get divorced and more likely to report being happy in their marriage. However, is college worth the money, the time, and the energy? Will it give me the expected benefits? College is worth it because there is more potential money to be made by college grads, people are more likely to be healthier and have an overall better life, and debt can be controlled in many ways. The higher education demographic you may have, the more money you’ll potentially have and you’ll have less of a chance of being unemployed. The median weekly earnings of just a high school diploma are approximately $678, while just an associate’s degree median weekly earnings is approximately $798.
