The women of our country are being fed lies. Yes, you heard me correctly. The women of our country are being fed lies. Women are told that their amazing gift of being able to bring a new life into the world doesn’t matter. We are being told that our fertility can prevent us from living our lives to the fullest and achieving our dreams. In fact, the men of our country are being fed lies as well. Through the “quick fix” abortion mentality men are being told that being a father is a burden. And the devil is all to pleased with this. The father of lies is using abortion to further the culture of death in our country in his effort to lead us away from God. According to the Merriam Webster dictionary the word abortion is defined as “the termination of a pregnancy after, accompanied by, resulting in, or closely followed by the death of the embryo or fetus”. In the dictionary the word abortion is accompanied by many synonyms such as abandonment, cancellation, calling off, recall, revision, or repeal and its only antonym being continuation. By simply reading the definition of abortion we can understand how horrendous it is and we ask ourselves how could anyone ever support …show more content…

From a young age we are taught that if something is growing then it must be alive, hence we can conclude that if a fetus is growing then it must be a living thing. We can also conclude that the unborn are alive by simply asking the question: what does abortion do to a fetus? Most will answer that it kills the fetus, then we can ask the follow up question: in order for something to die, wouldn’t it have to first be alive? We also know that the offspring of a species will be the same species as the parents, furthering our argument that if a fetus has human parents, then it must be human.
