Is happiness something that can be achieved easily or those it requires effort? Everyone in the world has claimed to be happy at some point in time, but they are truly happy or are they just saying what you what to hear, however, everyone has experienced happiness in one point in their lives but the only difference is that you may not have noticed it when it happened. Many people have tried to understand the concept of happiness, but only a few can grasp it.
