People always talk about how happy or unhappy they are feeling constantly all the time. However, they can’t truly able to define it. Happiness perhaps is something that comes to those who expect it and therefore deserve it, certainly, happiness is having gratitude the quality of being thankful. In the context of psychology, "happiness" has been referred to as a mental state and an overriding goal of human conduct. Each and every one pursuit happiness in this worldly life. As human beings it is natural to seek happiness, nobody gets up and says ‘let me take the formula of depression or I prefer depression over being happy, I’ve spent countless years being happy, I need a change’. Who said that there are 3 things that are needed in order to be happy, these three things are something to do, something to love and something to look forward. Most the time people go through the motions of this life and they don’t have any real purpose and have when we look through these three principles I want you to think about it, why is that we need these three things? If you have 2 of them you will not be a happy person and this is true Islamically speaking too. But let’s look at our lives for a moment understanding what we have to do, what we have to love and what we to look forward to. In reality, if we look at those who spoke about happiness and its blueprint, we find that some of them said that happiness was in the attainment of material well-being or financial standing. But if we really research those who get what they wanted and thought was happiness, we find that they never really attained the formula of happiness, they might have achieved a portion of what gains happiness, but in terms of attaining happiness and its formula, in its totality, then they did not most likely attain it, and they would testify this to
