Success Being admired and envied is the most accomplished position to be in. When other people see your life as successful it gives you more motivation to continue with your goals. Having goals is important to be successful but how you complete your goals depends on your definition of success. Although success is usually defined by the attainment of power and wealth a better way to look at success would be internal goals accomplished throughout one's lifetime. People should have multiple goals always in pursuit instead of one main goal of success because, everyone has a different image of success and wealth.
The definition of success brings a debate about what wealth really is, and according to webster's dictionary wealth is “the value of all the property, possessions, and money that someone or something has”. Wealth is used to define success but in my mind wealth does not mean your bank account. Laziness has grown into a more and more common characteristic among younger generations. Working hard and having gratitude for what you have earned is a thing of the past. Society today is all supply and demand but, when everything is instantly at your fingertips and there is no work or effort involved. Then causing people to take life's gifts for granted and becoming lazy people that would rather watch life pass by than live it and accomplish all their dreams. Laziness also destroys success because, when someone is lazy their internal goals take a back seat to whatever is easiest at the time. People stop trying to attain, or be better at anything when they are truly lazy and the tragedy is when someone is too lazy to even want more for themselves and they just rot away with
