This is evident with the recent advertisement for a Senior Analyst to join the public sector advisory team located in Melbourne. The first interview is a phone interview with the relevant recruitment team member and is a semi-structured interview as the recruitment member usually has basic questions to ask the candidate e.g. previous work experience.
