Dennis Nilsen
Dennis Nilsen is best known as the English Murderer of many young men in the late 1970s and early 1980s. This man is referred to as The Muswell Hill Murderer, The Kindly Killer and lastly the British version of Jeffrey Dahmer. Dennis Nilsen has taken the lives of fifteen young men who never saw it coming. His victims were not very diverse, they were all young homosexual males he met from bars or were homeless. Nobody knows exactly what triggered the killer inside of him but his childhood might have been where it started.

A young student claimed Nilsen tried to strangle him during a bondage- play session but like before, no charges were pressed. In the year 1975 Dennis took up cohabitation with a man named David Gallichan in a garden apartment. When asked, David denied ever having an intimate relationship with Nilsen. Once Gallichan moved out Dennis Nilsen’s life went downhill. He became very lonely and an alcoholic. His murder spree began eighteen months later (Biography).
Similar to Jeffery Dahmer, Dennis Nilsen sought somebody who “wouldn’t leave” … a corpse (Murderpedia). Dennis Nilsen murdered, corrupted, and dissected fifteen young men between December 1978 and February 1983. The first victim was Stephen Dean Holmes who Nilsen encountered at a pub on December 29th, 1978. Dennis invited the young man to his home showing no signs of aloneness. As the morning rolled in Dennis was overwhelmed by a yearning to prevent Stephen from leaving. The first act was strangling Stephen Dean Homes with his own tie, and then Dennis drowned him in a bucket of water, after he took the corpse to his bathroom to wash it.
