Capulet and Friar Lawrence causes the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. Capulet, Juliet’s father, has a lot to do with these tragedies. First, Capulet threatens Juliet by saying he will “disown” her if she does not marry Count Paris. Juliet feels as if she has no other choice other than to fake her death and plan to run away with Romeo. Then, Capulet can also stop the feud between the two families, but he leaves it, and that puts a lot of pressure on Romeo and Juliet because of their families fights. Friar Lawrence also has a lot to do with these deaths. First, Friar Lawrence chooses to marry Romeo and Juliet, even though he knows what goes on between the two families.
